It is a series of easy to follow “moves” set to the hottest hits across multiple genres including: hip-hop, pop, free-style, disco, latin, bollywood, swing dance and many more. The focus is on a total body workout that is fun, effective and easy to follow.

A total body dance workout that will have you shimmying, shaking, and toning while dancing the latest in bellydance and bollywood. You will be getting a cardio, sculpting and stretching workout while having a great time. This fun and dynamic approach to exercising will help you tone up while dancing to the latest bellydance and bollywood hits. A chance to experience ancient dance forms with a fused and modern twist. You may dance with bare feet, jazz or ballet shoes, or athletic shoes.
