Pole Classes

INTRODUCTORY TO POLE CLASS Are you interested in learning to pole dance however have concerns about if you will be able to do it. Get a taste of what the class is like and you can ask questions about our other classes.We offer a safe, non-judgemental, fun environment with everyday women like yourself.

Intro Pole Classes are not mandatory to take a dance series but highly recommended. **This is a one time trial class.**

PRICING – $20.00 Introductory Pole Class only

LEVEL 1 In our beginner class you will build your foundation of understanding the art of pole. You will begin to discover your inner sexy and things you didnt know your body could do during this 8 week class. In this 8 week Beginners class you will learn: basic sexy moves, a few basic spins and transitional moves.

LEVEL 2 So you ready for some POLE???? In level 2 you will go in with a understanding of some basic pole moves and begin to put your own special blend into the routine you will learn in this 8 week class. This level you will learn: intermediate spins, begin learning to climb and more sexy moves.
